This is the beginning of a Mozilla Standard Toolkit which will
provide a stand alone widgit set that will be completely independent
of the mozilla packages and skins.

The focus and aim will be to create a simple and basic widgit set
that by default will have bare minimum css style settings applied.
So for example when you declare a <button> you will get the behavior
and no style. It will essentially be a blank element that you can
then apply a style class like 'general' which will give you a very simple
button or roll your own.

This should eliminate the need to overwrite preexisting applied style rules
and will keep your app free from user skin changes. The toolkit will be
maintained independently and i hope to provide snaps per mozilla milestone release.
Then package authors can bundle and link their apps to this toolkit.
