Made the following changes in prep for 0.6.4:

* Moved to chrome.manifest style extension now that we're deer park only
* Upped version to 0.6.4
* Implemented extension-style install bar for when you load a script directly into
 the content pane
* Put one success alert back on install instead of the too-hard-to-notice animation
message. Now there's one animation message (loading...) then an alert ("Success!")
* Moved monkey menu to context menu, toggle enabledness to left-click. I don't really like this from a pure UI standpoint, but point taken that that's how other
 windows apps (brokenly) behave.
* Removed non-injected scripts from monkey menu, boldness thing. Now, only scripts which match this page (whether they got injected or not) show up. Whether
they are enabled is indicated by a checkmark. This makes the monkey menu your one-stop shop for enabling all of Greasemonkey, or just a single script affecting
 this page.
* Moved new user scripts back to tools menu. I couldnt get used to it in the monkey
 menu.
* Moved user script commands back to tools menu. Same.
* Added a copy of the manage user scripts menu to the monkey menu. This makes sense to me because if the script you're looking for isn't in the monkey menu, the
next place you'll want to look is in the manage user scripts dialog.
* cleaned up getScriptsDir code, should be funcitonally equivalent. Had to do this
to make work with new chrome directory structure.
* Made sandbox.__proto__ an XPCNW(window). Checked that this works as expected, and it does: Can't access globals in content window, all properties are
 XPCNW, etc.

Deer Park made it so that uninstalling Greasemonkey deleted all your user scripts. This fixes
that by storing them outside the extension directory in the profile root.

Had to bump the version number to 0.4.2 and add a new migration procedure.

Also fixed some scoping issues in GM_DocHandler.
